Hi Mark, Fox, it is REALLY annoying that the XMS Swap version
of FreeCOM only has LOADHIGH, not LOADFIX, built-in. Does anybody
know WHY the LOADFIX command is explicitly removed if you compile
with XMS Swap enabled???

As a temporary workaround, you can waste some memory until you have
the first 64 kB of RAM filled. For example, load drivers to low RAM
instead of to UMBs, or load a dummy LBAcache (with DRV NULL option
to cache no drives), although the latter will consume XMS for nothing.
