LOL! Actually i love edlin. I was delighted to see a new release of edlin, and i downloaded it right away. But for practical purposes, such as editing source code or a batch file, i'm afraid i'm too spoiled by fullscreen editors :)

BTW i still tinker with my Tandy 1000 PC with 128kb RAM, making edlin the ONLY text editor so we are old friends; that's why i made that sarcastic comment!
