Not true. UMBPCI is for motherboards with PCI chipsets. It worked well on my 
last FreeDOS box, AMD K6-II with some Intel chipset. It could work on 486s 
with PCI chipsets (some newer 486s). Of course, not all PCI chipsets are 
supported.
