For a doom engine use zdoom: http://www.zdoom.org/files/zdos117c.zip (you also may need to grab a few files off the windows distrobution but it's all open source.)
For a doom iwad (the actual game data) use freedoom: http://freedoom.sourceforge.net/download.php
