Can you at least make it available for compressing other things like Turbo disk?

When I post next release HIMEM and EMM386 (no ETA, no plans) compressed with the mutant UPX, I'll need to make the UPX changes available to follow the license -- which actually I don't have a problem with doing and think is a good idea. But, as previously noted it isn't really direct submission material to UPX maintainers in its current state. Although I may clean up the stack thing for completeness sake. The actual EXE build is a Cygwin target, so the binary is unlikely to be in demand.

I suppose I could post the mutant UPX source changes earlier than a nebulous next-time date for EMM386, should someone have a burning need for it.
