Yes, it's ok for Naldo to make this edit. The FreeDOS distribution is intended to be 'libre' (free for everyone). Of course, we distribute it on our web site as 'gratis' (free, as in zero cost) but you may also purchase copies of FreeDOS from certain online sites such as Linux CD Mall.
