Was following this thread. Dowloaded findpart; according to the readme,
"type findpart followed by the name of
the utility,say, getsect or putsect, to get the usage. It worked with
getsect, but with putsect, it said "bad disk #".
Also worked with some, not all of the other utilities. Now I wonder if the
programs(this happened with both of the
dos only versions) are corrupted. I'm just not in the mood to do the obvious
and read write a sector and possibly
bust the whole system, as it is running smoothly right now. I will wait
until some malware finds its way into the
windows half of the machine(usually about once a month) neccesitating the
