Hi, I prepared a boot floppy and a CD-ROM [*] and tried to install FreeDOS as a single operating system on a 80486 PC (IDE Drive, one FAT partition). Booting from floppy works and the CD drive is accepted as drive X: The last messages from screen (German version):
CDROM mit ODIN gefunden X:> I am wondering why the setup doesn't continue. A manual start doesn't work either: X:> setup X:> Nothing happens. I can move from A: (floppy) to C: (hard disk) and to X: (CD-ROM). What's going wrong here? Can I start the installation manually? Thanks in advance.
