COOL.

VGA works from PM, bancrupt VESA works from PM, LFB VESA works from PM,
BIOS works from PM (but is a pain and needs temporary switch to RM).

VESA LFB can be written from PM only, still needs BIOS to set up
(except you use some new PM driver model).
