Beside that the number of regulars here in the forum who are able to 
read/understand Dutch is fairly limited, there is nothing wrong with 
FreeDOS.org. You need to check on your own infrastructure or with 
your provider...
Either they have a bad DNS server or your setup is hacked.

That IP address you show (88.253.65.238) has nothing to do with 
freedos.org, the correct IP address is 216.34.181.97, which is 
apparently hosted by SourceForge.

The address 88.253.65.38 is a DSL setup based in Turkey:
