One quirk on SetEdit: While there is a Windows console version, it
insists on running full screen. To get it to behave properly and run
in a console window, you must install the DOS version, then copy in
just the Windows EXE. (I have a 23" monitor in 1920x1080 resolution.
I don't want *anything* to run full-screen.) The author was still
running Win 9X and didn't know why it was doing that. These days he
appears to have shifted his efforts to Linux.
