Also, NASM has very good multi-platform support. It has binaries for Mac,
Linux, DOS and some others. You can even cross compile easily. For example,
create a dos COM executable on a Mac.

Unfortunately, no arm support. For that you would probably want GAS. (GNU
Assembler)
