The CD/DVD drive is working fine under > Windows. > What can I do? your BIOS uses AHCI to access the disk and CD-ROM, but UDVD2 supports only SATA mode. use AHCICD https://rloewelectronics.com/distribute/AHCICD/1.1/ or you have to set this to SATA, 'LEGACY' or similar. unfortunately your windows will only boot with AHCI if so installed.
