I think this Dell Driver might have been part of the b57.zip I keep.

It doesn't include lsl.com or odipkt.com.  I have a batch file, START.BAT,
that does
lsl.com
b57.com
odipkt.com 0 96
to load the network driver before using mTCP DHCP to get an IP.
