DM&P who make the Vortex86 CPUs, chipsets, SOMs, and some of the other designs are Taiwanese. PCBWay is Chinese but the weeCee designs are on github. If you have another way of printing the PCBs, you're not restricted to PCBWay. Over the last 15 years, there's been several DM&P/Vortex86 based designs of small computers, thin clients, laptops.
