I use UTM on a Mac and built an iso of the game attached to cdrom and installed to c:. Ran the game and sound worked but I was in a loop as I couldn’t figure out what the fire button was in the game. This was on a stock FreeDos 1.4 build. Underneath the hood UTM uses Qemu so it should work if you load FreeDos under Qemu.
