Hi,
I don't have one, had to look it up.
It sounds like it could be a viable DOS computer. The specs look like
they're designed around the limitations of games of that time more than
anything. Specifically:
- 128MB RAM? I've only heard some games could break at 64MB, but having
2GB I've never seen this issue. The only game I know of that ever
claimed to break due to too much RAM was Death Rally, as Apogee's
website used to host a patch that'd allow owners of 64MB RAM machines to
even install the game
- the AGP port runs at 66MHz: yeah, I get it, old cards can break on
100MHz and 133MHz buses
- USB keyboard/mouse support outside of BIOS? Sounds like a thing that
Jazz Jackrabbit players would like to hear about, because that game
loves to break when BIOS tries to do this job
Overall, sounds good. If you're not crazy about having top shelf stuff,
this sounds like a very easy going board to design your PC around. Like
I know some people could say "oh it doesn't have AWE32, doesn't have
AWE64, doesn't have PCI for Voodoo 1". OK, the AWE part I can kinda get
behind, but that last part is actually something that can work for your
advantage. Since you have an AGP port, you could use Voodoo 3 or similar
card - one that houses both 2D and 3D processing units. Some DOS games
can be tricked into supporting these cards by swapping out their
glide2x.ovl file for the one that comes to Windows 98 with your Voodoo 3
or similar card. Other games may have a dedicated patch, like Tomb
Raider. Of course, that is if you want to have native Voodoo support on
DOS. So yeah, sounds good.
Best regards,
Michał

What are your thoughts on the ITX Llama? Is it any good?
I was thinking of trowing out the guts of a late low end 386 ibm pc
clone and put in an ITX Llama, an AGP card and a cdrom drive.
But i don’t know how good it actually is.
Otherwise I don’t know what to do with this old computer. I like the
chassi, but the hardware is somewhat lacking if you want to play games.
