Googling your error message, I found several sites that suggest you
didn't set up folder sharing on the VirtualPC side of things. That
actually makes more sense, given the error message is "folder sharing
on this host is not allowed" (and with virtual machines: "host" is the
virtual machine software, like VirtualPC .. "guest" is the operating
system that you run inside it)

So you should look again at your VirtualPC configuration.
