Does the SB16 from VirtualBox provide OPL2 or 3, or does it provide no
music card like the SB16 from QEMU?

Honestly I don't know, I use Freedos only to play the game SpaceAce
that it requires VSBHDA to work properly in a VirtualBox virtual
machine. Other games bundled in Freedos work with the "SoundBlaster
16" emulated card by VirtualBox here. The only advise I can provide to
you is: "Be more verbose/descriptive". Things that may help other
readers to give you some hint:
- Describe your hardware
- Copy and paste FDCONFIG.SYS and FDAUTO.BAT in the body of the email
