[Freefont-bugs] FreeSerif U+02BF bug

The right half circle in FreeSerif.ttf from freefont-20090104 is too high
(between 1600 and 1800 instead of 600 and 800) and therefore does not display. 
I checked the rest of the fonts, and it is only a problem in this one.
