As was my question/concern with your 647 patch - the patch is ok for Fedora,
but wouldn't be wise to keep the check_pkinit code for other distributions (or
for manual IPA installation if we are going to support it)?
Other packaging systems will add their own Requires equivalent.
Other than that the patch is ok.
