[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 745 restart dogtag DS instance after install

The dogtag team tells me we should restart their LDAP backend right after installation. In some configurations not doing this can cause problems (using the CA as we do isn't one of the known cases but better safe than sorry). To do this we bring down dogtag, restart 389-ds, then bring dogtag back up.
