Updated so that 0.7.5-3 is required on Fedora>= 15 and RHEL>= 6.
Sorry, I wasn't clear in the previous message.
The fix so far is *only* in Fedora, not in any RHEL versions. So the
versioned requires must apply only to Fedora until we release
python-netaddr errata, be it in 6.2 or 6.3
