Will this be part of other ticket (missing translation for 3.0 or such)?
Otherwise its OK.
I found the 'active zone' is not using the same attribute as the
HBAC/sudo's 'enabled' attribute, so that's why I'm leaving it alone. If
anybody thinks it's a problem we can fix it later.
