Showing a raw delegation entry doesn't include the cn but it does for
permission and selfservice.
The domain is hardcoded in the tests (glad to see this affect someone
else, it often gets me). The tests otherwise work.
Martin reminded me that selfservice entries exist only as an ACI which
is why no cn is displayed.
