This is not the DN of the object to delete. It should be
idnsname=sys001+nsuniqueid=7523898c-b29311e8-85ddf5f7-bbec4d04,idnsname=my.net.,cn=dns,dc=my,dc=net

You used uid= and it lacks sys001+

If the command is going out-to-lunch you might try to get a stack trace
of ns-slapd to see if anything is hung.
