Yes, I’m was an amateur:
Installing group/module packages:
ipa-client                           x86_64               
4.8.0-11.module+el8.1.0+4247+9f3fd721                  
rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms               266 k

So FreeIPA will not have separation on AppStreams. It will always be updated to 
the last version during minor releases of RHEL8.
