I managed to retrieve the directory manager password and then to
remediate to the Negotiate header failure.

Hi,
the directory manager password is set during ipa-server-install with
the parameter -p|--ds-password.
If you forgot the directory manager password, you can follow these
instructions [1] to reset the pwd.
