Hello, I am looking into integrating a 3rd party application with ipa.
Last time I checked it was only possible to do this with a bind account that you would create with an ldiff ldapmodify -x -D 'cn=Directory Manager' -W <<EOF dn: uid=mybindaccount,cn=sysaccounts,cn=etc,dc=lab,dc=example,dc=net changetype: add objectclass: account objectclass: simplesecurityobject uid: system userPassword: qwerty123 passwordExpirationTime: 20380101000000Z nsIdleTimeout: 0 EOF Is still the recommended way to go ? Or is there an option to do this with the 'ipa user-add' command ? Rob
