I want to change the global password policy, but don't want to require users
change their passwords, even if they might not be compliant.

Does anyone know what will happen if the global password policy is changed but
passwords are not set to expire? I am hoping the policy will be in effect if a
user changes their password, and for new users, but existing users who chose
not to change their password will not impacted.
