There is no current way.

In general, it's a complex thing with questions like:

* How would you know on what system(s) to delete the directory? With NFS
this is an easier answer.
* Do you care what is in those directories prior to automatic deletion?
What if it holds the only copy of something?
* What if by hook or by crook someone sets their home directory to /?
* The IPA API runs as the ipaapi user so it wouldn't be an appropriate
way to do the removal as it would require elevating permissions which is
asking for trouble.
