Thank you Alexander! I guess Florence and I just had a misunderstanding and communication issues. I wasn't sure if Flo wanted me to send the logs or not. (The way I interpreted Flo's post was simply HOW to get the debug logs. I already knew that part.) I greatly appreciate you reviewing the logs to help figure out what is going wrong. I know you are all very busy and helping users with a free product can be challenging. I'll get the logs packaged up tomorrow and send them to you.
