The Job Title is currently used to store data that has nothing to do with job titles: Tableau Software roles (eg, Tableau Creator), among other things.
I was thinking of adding a field appropriately called TableauRole to the Schema.
I'll also need to modify the GUI.
How difficult is it to modify the GUI?

What is your ultimate goal here?
Yes, you can use this to modify new user's objectclasses (it isn't
retroactive). You need admin privileges to manage configuration.
