Then I'd suggest opening an issue for 389-ds:
https://github.com/389ds/389-ds-base/issues/
i suspect some kind of assumption or data missing from the IPA side of
things...
As I said, the check is on 389-ds side, not in IPA. Please open a bug
there and provide details there. IPA healthcheck is a framework,
different components implement actual checks -- LDAP server parts come
from 389-ds project itself.
