I can reproduce the "Profile" issue (actually, no item in the
"user menu" is working here), but the logout button did work
for me (at least on Firefox and Safari).
In my opinion this is something that could be reported to the
upstream project using:
https://github.com/freeipa/freeipa-webui/issues/new
Please create a separate issue for the logout and the "Profile".
