[Freeipa-users] [PATCH] 510 enable compat plugin by default

This enables the compat plugin by default and moves the netgroup configuration to the standard schema compat configuration so it is enabled by default.

Also add a status option to ipa-compat-manage so you can figure out what the current state is.
