Rob,
While installing the ipa rpm's after build, I am getting this error:

libsepol.print_missing_requirements: ipa_dogtag's global requirements
were not met: type/attribute pki_ca_t (No such file or directory).
libsemanage.semanage_link_sandbox: Link packages failed (No such file or
directory).

Please help me to fix this issue.

You need dogtag installed. One of the dogtag packages provides an SELinux policy which defines pki_ca_t and we rely on that to provide our own policy.

            Rob,

            I have installed 389-ds and again I started FreeIPA build,
            but again
            some error:
            Provides: config(ipa-python) = 1.9.0.pre4-0.el6

            <= 4.0.4-1
            rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1
            Requires: python(abi) = 2.6

            RPM build errors:

        If you look in the spec file you'll see where we install the
        egg-info files on for Fedora > 9. Make it look like this:

        %if (0%{?fedora} >= 9|| 0%{?rhel} > 5)
