I do not think so. We recently created one more build for FreeIPA 3.2.0 and it is not on it's way to stable repo: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2013-7911/ It seems like it's now currently in some mid-state when it is neither in updates-testing nor in stable updates repo.
