There are many logs and it depends on the configuration of the clients too.
You can see LDAP authentication in the 389 DS logs
You can see Kerberos authentication in Kerberos log
The log in will be reflected on the client (if it is SSSD then in its
logs and in syslog).
Server usually does not know about "logout", this is a client side
information. Syslog, auditd will be helpful here.
