If there are no problems indicated in log, is it really a problem with replication or something else? I would try https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Directory_Server/10/html/Administration_Guide/Managing_Replication-Monitoring_Replication_Status.html#replication-monitoring-script and see if replication is working or not.
