4.7 migrated off mod_nss, and to using openssl more, same as the rest of the stack (dogtag mostly)
There's no way to track RHEL, because they have the rest of the stack frozen unlike on Debian/Ubuntu, where updates to tomcat and alike broke things for a long time.
