I've been re-organizing files for what will eventually become FreeIPMI
0.6.0. The re-organization will likely have files > 99 characters long,
which requires we init automake with the 'tar-ustar' option in autoconf
to handle the longer filenames.

I know that a few others had issue with this about a year ago, since
'tar-ustar' required atleast automake 1.9. Since a year has now passed,
I'm hoping this is no longer an issue.

Will anyone have any issue with this?

Al
