Would anyone be upset if I removed the checkout of serial configuration
in bmc-config?

1) I don't think anyone is using it/cares about it??
2) it clutters up the bmc-config output
3) As far as I can tell, the majority of vendors don't even support IPMI
over serial.

I would leave it within bmc-config for legacy purposes (i.e. committing
old files that have serial config lingering), but would disable its
checkout by default.

Any issues?

Al
