o, i am just naive I didn't think to look for limits.h, I guess I just assumed
it was there =)
I am not a programmer, just a lowly unix admin new to solaris. I'm sure it
would have "just worked(tm)" on linux.
And I just confirmed that adding:
#define /usr/include/limits.h
did in fact do the trick.
