Well, we almost never rely on the init scripts coming from upstream
because of similar reasons, but also because we might have a more "in
flux" init system.

So we have our own init scripts for ipmidetectd and bmc-watchdog,
but ... up to now bmc-watchdog never stopped correctly, because it was
trying to background bmc-watchdog by itself (even when running as a
daemon), and failing to get the right pid in the pidfile.

That's why I sent the new patch.
