This has been fixed in the FreeIPMI trunk.
A new function ipmi_timestamp_string() was added into libfreeipmi and was used
appropriately throughout FreeIPMI (in ipmi-fru, ipmi-sel, ipmi-sensors,
ipmi-oem, ipmi-dcmi, and bmc-device).
