Steps to reproduce the problem：
1、Install freeipmi
# yum install -y freeipmi
2、Configuration file
# echo "ipmiping_period 15000
ipmidetectd_server_port 9225
host localhost.localdomain" > /etc/freeipmi/ipmidetectd.conf
3、Start service
# systemctl start bmc-watchdog.service
# systemctl start ipmiseld.service
# systemctl start ipmidetectd.service
# systemctl status ipmidetectd.service
4、Stop service
# systemctl stop ipmidetectd.service
5、expected outcome
View status as inactive
6、actual results
View result as failed
