Have you changed your FCP port by any chance? The plugin isn't clever enough 
to read what port you're using from the config, so if you're using a 
different one, you'll have to manually edit the Freemail config file. That 
might be what's causing your error message above.

To remove the plugin though, you'll want to shut down freenet & remove it from 
freenet.ini.
