Hello Chris,
I propose that you publish beta 13, with me starting to test the beta 13,
given no too obvious bugs are left in there.
This proposal is based on the experience with the quality of previous beta
releases. The first release candidate should be preceded by a beta release
that has a beta quality instead of alpha quality.
