Dear Chris, if I ask somebody ten questions and get only two answers, I get a strong impression that the other person want to avoid communication. And as I believe that communication is very important I do not know how to react. Let me try to repeat the questions you have not answered until now.
1. What do you think about the new icon proposals? 2. What do you think about the node cloning patch? 3. How could we handle bug reports? Who decides about their priorities? 4. How could we handle feature requests? 4.1 Who collects user inputs? 4.2 When may we implement them? (Actually I thought there were feature freeze, but you keep working on the scripting and I have a feeling that you allow yourself something strictly prohibited to me) 4.3 Who is allowed to write responses to the user posts in name of the freemind team? 5. How project decisions are taken 5.1 Who takes decisions in the project? 5.2 How can we insure that simple yes/no decisions are not delayed for months? 5.3 What communication channels are used for discussing and communicating of decisions? 5.4 What procedure could be established for making sure that every project member has a possibility to contribute to it? 6. What should be done for producing the next release 6.1 What issues are still open? 6.2 How are these issues tracked? 6.3 Who is authorized to open/close the release relevant issues? 7. May I announce freeplane as parallel project in the freemind's open discussion forum? I hope that you find the time for answering every question because you are the director, and it means that there is no other person who can communicate for you.
